Overview

The HR upgrade card allows the Indigo to simultaneously process 15 sources: 12 SD, one scaled up from SD to HD, and two selected from HD video or computer inputs. It also upconverts to HD and downconverts to SD—even simulcasts live SD and HD output, and it seamlessly combines live, high-resolution computer-based media and presentation content with real-time video and audio materials.

The Accappella Indigo HD expander solution provides up to 8 HD-SDI inputs and four outputs to the Indigo AV mixer.

A combination of the mixer's powerful external device controls and a custom version of the Grass Valley Accappella router and connecting via ethernet and standard BNC video cables, it lets you cut and mix between 8 sources right from the buttons on the Indigo control panel. The operation and video processing capabitlites of the mixer including keys, effects and scaling remain unaffected.
