Overview

The SSL-VBG50 is a 5000mAh / 37Wh Lithium Ion battery manufactured by IDX, compatible for use with Panasonic AVCAM AG-HMC151 and AG-HMC71 camcorders. Both models employ secured battery/camera communication technology which will accept the SSL-VBG50 as an authorised power source.

As with any Li-ion battery manufactured by IDX, the SSL-VBG50 is built to the highest standards of quality, safety and reliability.

• 3 Power Status LEDs are located on the side of the SSL-VBG50 for a quick check of the battery capacity status. Remaining capacity is indicated via 3-steps of LED light
• SSL-VBG50 battery run-times:
  • AG-HMC151 Typical run-time: 3.8 hours @ 9.8W
  • AG-HMC71 Typical run-time: 4.3 hours @ 8.5W
• Battery circuit protection ensures the SSL-VBG50 is fully protected against common causes of battery misuse, guarding against over charge, over discharge and over load incidence.
• The SSL-VBG50 Li-ion battery should only be used with recommended Panasonic or IDX chargers. Please refer to the charger manual for specification and charging procedure.
