Overview
The AG-HMR10 is the world's first compact portable recorder with HD-SDI input and output. Integrated 3.5 inch LCD monitor.
The AG-HMR10 is ideal for use as a backup device for HD-SDI equipped tape-based cameras and is also designed to partner up (via a 3m or 20m interconnect cable) with the new compact/lightweight AG-HCK10 HD camera head (not included) for specialised recording, such as POV, onboard vehicles, in restricted or high spaces, for nature or scientific recording.
It features twice the compression efficiency of MPEG-2 and offers the superb image quality of the AVCHD format. Its PH mode produces outstanding images with a maximum bit rate of 24 Mbps to meet professional needs. Up to 720 minutes of recording is possible onto a highly reliable 32Gb SDHC Memory Card with excellent resistance to vibration, impact, dust and temperature fluctuations. Approximately 180 minutes of data can be recorded in the highest quality PH mode.
Continuous recording with new Repeat Record feature.
The new Repeat Record feature allows the unit to record continuously in 6MBS HE mode and retain the last 12 hours of footage if using a 32GB SD card or 6 hours of footage if using a 16GB card. The AG-HMR10 will record in 90 minute blocks, overwriting the last 90 minute clip as the card becomes full. At most 12 seconds of footage is lost out any 90 minute period after the card has reached capacity.
The AG-HMR10 must be used with the mains adaptor for this mode, and can be fed with either HDSDI or from the AG-HCK10 camera head.
This feature can be used for security or for insurance purposes, and for any long term monitoring.
